Things You Need to Know

We founded Elia-Joy with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policy reflects this as well. We know that you will be satisfied with your purchase. In the rare event that something is not up to our standards, please note the following:

Return Policy

EXCHANGES/RETURNS: Please email us with the subject “Returns” to admin@elia-joy.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s) to begin the return process for store credit or exchange. You will be responsible for the return postage and any new postage for the exchange items. We are not able to refund any shipping charges for any orders returned. (Sorry, these are costs that pay the postal services and as a small shop, we can't eat that cost). If shipping back a return, we cannot hold any items until we receive your item. At that point, we can see if the item requested for an exchange is available. We do not honor returns after 7 days have passed.

STORE CREDIT: Returns will be processed as an exchange or store credit. When your item has arrived back to us, we will then issue you a store credit in the form of a code to be used online at any time. This credit does not expire at any time and can be used for any item on the site.

DAMAGED ITEMS: Based on the situation, we can exchange items if damaged within 14 days of purchase. If after 14 days, we can no longer accept the item and no credit can be given.
Please email us at admin@elia-joy.com if you have a damaged item.
We do our best to make sure each item is well put together, but some do get missed. We do reserve the right to decline in any situation we feel is unfair.

FINAL SALE: All products are final sale as well as sale items.
